Only those Candidates, who have Confirmed the Admission under INSTITUTE / CAP VACANCY in our College, are required to fill this Admission Form

 

  • Click on 'Fill Admission Form'.
  • Make sure that you have entered valid, active Emial Id and Your Email quota is not full, as your password will be sent to your email Account.
  • Verify all the Data entered before clicking Submit Button.
  • After Submission of the Form, your Password wiil be sent to your registered Email Account.
  • If Email is not received within few minutes, Please Re enter New Form with valid Email ID.
  • After receiving your Password click on 'Print/Edit Admission Form'
  • Admission form is to be printed only in 'A4' size paper by using the 'Print' Button provided.
  • A fresh Printout is to be taken, if you make any online changes after taking the printout.
  • Submit the printed Admission form along with the required documents as per the Schedule.
