- Click on 'Fill Application Form'.
- Make sure that you have entered valid, active Emial Id and Your Email quota is not full, as your password will be sent to your email Account.
- Verify all the Data entered before clicking Submit Button.
- After Submission of the Form, your Password will be sent to your registered Email Account.
- If Email is not received within few minutes, Please Re enter New Form with valid Email ID.
- After receiving your Password click on 'Print/Edit Application Form'
- Application form is to be printed only in 'A4' size paper.
- A fresh Printout is to be taken, if you make any online changes after taking the printout.
- Submit the printed Application form to the Office along with self attested xerox copies of required documents as per the Schedule.
